Csino888 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide

Section 1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and csino888 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing csino888.app, downloading the csino888 mobile app, or registering a new account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the csino888 platform. Continued use following any published amendment to the Terms will be considered full acceptance of those changes.

Section 2Member Eligibility

To register and use the csino888 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register with truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
• Not having been previously banned or suspended from the csino888 platform.
• Not operating as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party without csino888's written consent.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Section 3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) active account at csino888. Duplicate registrations using different information — including name, phone number, email address, or bank details — are strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. csino888 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Registration information must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
• Phone number and email verification are required during the registration process.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Using a false name, another person's phone number, or fabricated information is prohibited.
• Accounts opened in another person's name without their knowledge are invalid.

Section 4Deposits & Payments

Csino888 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX, internet banking transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now), e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit is as specified for each payment method.
• All deposits must come from an account in the member's own name — no third-party deposits are accepted.
• Successful deposits will be credited to the account wallet within 5 minutes.
• csino888 is not responsible for failed deposits resulting from issues on the bank's or payment provider's end.
• Deposits made with the intent to initiate a chargeback will be investigated and the account may be suspended.

Section 5Withdrawal

Withdrawals at csino888 are processed to the bank account registered and verified in the member's name. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be approved.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours during operating hours.
• VIP members enjoy express withdrawals in under 15 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• There is no maximum withdrawal limit on winnings from real cash (non-bonus) funds.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified accounts are prohibited.
• csino888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for compliance purposes.

Section 6Bonuses & Promotions

Csino888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and rules that must be met before winnings can be converted to free cash.

• The wagering requirement is the number of times a bonus must be wagered before withdrawal.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The maximum bet using bonus funds is RM 20 per round unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Exploiting bonuses through collusion, hedge betting, or other fraudulent methods will result in bonus cancellation.
• csino888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with prior notice.

Section 7Game Rules

All games available on csino888 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game, the game result may be voided and wagers returned to the member. csino888 reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases based on stored server records.

Section 8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the csino888 platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and/or legal action:

• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during the KYC process.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals.
• Use of automated software (bots), hacking tools, or any unauthorized technical methods.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Collusion between players in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using a csino888 account for illegal activities or activities that violate Malaysian law.

Section 9Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is collected solely for platform operations and legal compliance purposes.
• Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data stored with csino888.
• All data is stored with encryption and strict access controls.

Section 10Limitation of Liability

Csino888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical failures beyond the platform's control, or unfavourable game outcomes.

Csino888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising. Members agree that gambling involves financial risk borne entirely by themselves.

Section 11Account Closure & Suspension

Csino888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests by relevant authorities.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting csino888 customer support. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded via the standard withdrawal method after a review is completed. No funds will be returned if the account closure is due to a serious breach of these Terms.

Section 12Terms Amendment

Csino888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.
